Our from-scratch croissants boast 36 buttery layers (Chocolate, Butter, Almond and Smoked Ham and Gouda). Featuring Milwaukee’s own Colectivo Coffee, and all syrups and flavors made in-house. Chef Garrett is Le Cordon Bleu trained with over 10 years experience and has learned under some well renowned chefs. One of Head Barista and co-owner Kelly’s first jobs was at a coffee shop, where she was allowed to experiment with the syrups and invent different drinks. Their mission is to create a delightfully inviting, friendly place to relax and enjoy a moment of peace in this bustling and busy world.
