Historic Wall Mural
In the grand lobby of Union National Bank is a massive wall mural depicting historic scenes featuring Downtown Elgin, it’s people and industries over time. Written on the mural are the words “Dedicated to the pioneers and citizens of Elgin, Illinois AD 1960.” Interesting Fact: Union National Bank opened in 1904 making it one of the oldest small business banks in the Chicagoland area.
